Academic Work is hiring a Backend Developer to build and maintain Java/Kotlin backend solutions, microservices, integrations, and APIs for a client. The role involves translating business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with domain experts and technical teams, and contributing to DevSecOps and low-code development. Candidates need at least two years of backend development experience in Java and/or Kotlin, preferably with Spring Boot and microservices, API experience, and fluency in Swedish and English. The position is a consulting assignment and applicants are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
