AgileEngine is hiring a Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems for a product-led engineering team. The role focuses on Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot, GraphQL, MongoDB, Aurora MySQL, and cloud-native distributed systems on AWS, while also contributing to compliance, cost savings, observability, operational tooling, architecture, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires at least three years of backend-focused software development experience and offers a hybrid work arrangement with options to work from home or go to the office.
