The role leads offshore development and QA engineers, bridges the dev and business teams, debugs issues during onshore EST hours, and converts legacy applications into AWS-hosted microservices. The position requires hands-on backend development, Java, Spring, SpringBoot, MySQL, and AWS skills, at least six years of programming experience, and at least one year of dev-lead experience.
