T-Unit is hiring a Backend Developer to help architect and build an AI-native crisis-management platform. The role involves developing core services, making architectural and technology decisions, supporting secure and resilient systems, working across cloud and bare-metal environments, and leveraging local AI models. The developer will also collaborate cross-functionally, mentor peers, and assist with hiring. The position requires at least four years of backend development experience, proficiency in a statically typed language such as Go, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservice architecture.
