gFiber is hiring a full-time AI Software Engineer to build, test, deploy, and support agentic AI chat assistants. The role owns features end-to-end, including RAG, MCP, REST APIs, production debugging, scalability, monitoring, and containerized deployment on Google Cloud. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five years of software design and full-stack development experience, Python production experience, LLM and RAG expertise, and GCP experience. The US base salary range is $154,700–$187,900 plus bonus and benefits, and the role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
