Description
AnywhereNow is hiring a Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend solutions for its cloud-native Unified Contact Center products. The role involves developing APIs, microservices, and database structures; ensuring application performance, resilience, and scalability; participating in cloud architecture and product roadmap discussions; and contributing to code reviews and automated testing. The position requires at least three years of backend development experience and expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, Azure, Kubernetes or Azure Service Fabric, SQL or CosmosDB, and Agile/Scrum development with Azure DevOps. It is a remote-first role with colleagues across 22 countries.
