Fullpath by Cox Automotive is hiring a Backend Engineer to develop AI-driven products and work on interesting projects within its engineering team. The role involves writing maintainable code, supporting deployment and testing, designing APIs and integrations, optimizing application performance, implementing automated testing, participating in code reviews, and helping establish development standards. The position is based in the Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv offices and reports to a Dev Team Lead. Candidates need a B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field, 4–5 years of backend software development experience, web development experience, AI and emerging technology familiarity, strong SQL skills, cloud platform knowledge, and microservices experience, along with Hebrew and English communication skills.
