Description
Bitcoin.com is hiring a Backend Engineer to design and build the core services for a new crypto product, including APIs, data models, integrations, and architectural decisions. The role owns significant product components end-to-end, supports on-call and incident response, partners with Product and Design, sets technical standards, mentors engineers, and drives testing, instrumentation, and code quality. The position is based in Warsaw, remote for the first months and then hybrid, and requires at least five years of professional experience, strong Rust or Go, Java, or Kotlin skills, production Rust experience, REST API expertise, AWS or equivalent infrastructure experience, AI coding tool fluency, and a computer science degree or equivalent experience.
