Clipbook is hiring an early-stage backend engineer to architect and build core backend systems, scalable data infrastructure, AI/ML production workflows, APIs, and services. The role owns features from concept through deployment, collaborates with customers, and helps shape engineering culture. Candidates should have 2–10+ years of experience scaling production backend systems, strong cloud, containerization, and CI/CD experience, and depth in one or more technical areas such as data engineering, distributed systems, AI/ML, or backend development. The position offers a $150,000–$220,000 salary, equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and unlimited PTO benefits.
