Draftt is hiring a Backend Engineer to build and own the backend foundation for new products and features. The role covers service architecture, infrastructure, performance optimization, end-to-end development, production support, and architectural decisions. Candidates should have at least six years of backend engineering experience, experience with cloud-native applications and microservices, and familiarity with scalable and distributed systems; Kubernetes, DevOps, TypeScript, Node.js, and startup experience are preferred.
