Electrum is hiring a full-time Backend Engineer in South Jakarta, Indonesia, to design, build, and scale reliable backend systems supporting its electric mobility platform. The role involves developing backend services and APIs, integrating IoT, payment, and operational systems, optimizing performance, troubleshooting production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to CI/CD, monitoring, and technical standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–5 years of backend engineering experience, proficiency in Go, Node.js, Java, or similar languages, and knowledge of APIs, microservices, databases, cloud environments, security, testing, and CI/CD.
