Description
Integrate is hiring a Backend Engineer to build and scale the distributed infrastructure layer of its real-time project management platform. The role focuses on high-throughput data systems, performance profiling and debugging in Go and Rust, data federation, gRPC and REST/JSON APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, and production incident response. The engineer will work primarily in Go with Python for tooling and data workflows, using technologies including gRPC, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL stores, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure. The position requires 2–5+ years of backend engineering experience, production experience with Go and Python, and familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, databases, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure; US person status is required due to ITAR access.
