Lemon.markets is hiring a Backend Engineer to design and own backend services and architecture for its brokerage API platform. The role focuses on reliable and scalable systems across customer lifecycle, investing, and banking processes, using Python, FastAPI, AWS, and Postgres. The engineer will work in cross-functional teams, take ownership of features and production systems, and contribute to architectural decisions. The position is hybrid, with work from anywhere in Germany and at least four days per month on-site in Berlin.
