Description
Oak is hiring an experienced Backend Engineer to join its R&D team and build the AI-native Identity Operating System. The role owns end-to-end backend development, including research, system design, deployment, observability, and maintenance; contributes to architectural decisions; and develops agentic workflows integrating AI capabilities. Candidates should have at least 8 years of backend engineering experience in high-level languages such as Go or Python, extensive experience with microservices, databases, and asynchronous systems, and a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
