Description
Plum is hiring a Backend Engineer to join its Engineering team and help build a proactive money platform. The role involves solving complex problems, planning and prioritizing work, improving processes, mentoring junior team members, collaborating with Product and other stakeholders, and working across the software lifecycle. The technology stack includes Kotlin with Spring Boot and Python with FastAPI, along with Postgres, BigQuery, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, RabbitMQ, Terraform, and monitoring tools. The position offers a base salary of 30,000–50,000 annually gross, equity, private health insurance, and a flexible remote arrangement requiring at least two days per week in London, Athens, or Cyprus.
