Selector is hiring a full-time Backend Engineer to build and maintain production-grade Python ETL pipelines, data models, integrations, and backend logic for its operational intelligence platform. The role applies agentic AI workflows to automate data engineering, correlation, and root-cause analysis, works directly with customers on complex infrastructure data, and supports platform deployment and customer enablement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, 0–3 years of professional technical or engineering experience, Python and SQL skills, cloud and containerization exposure, and strong communication abilities. The salary is $120,000–$140,000.
