Description
The Backend Engineer will build and operate high-throughput backend services, API integrations, cloud-native microservices, and serverless workflows for a sales-enablement platform. The role owns feature development from technical RFC through automated testing, CI/CD, and production deployment; leads code reviews and mentoring; and improves observability, latency, storage, database, and network performance. It requires at least three years of production backend experience, proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, or Go, AWS deployment experience, distributed-systems knowledge, and strong automated testing and continuous-deployment practices. The position is available for hybrid work from the Bucharest office.
