SmartRecruiters is seeking a Backend Engineer to join SmartPal, their conversational AI platform focused on building ML/NLP-powered chatbots for the recruiting industry. The role involves participating in the entire product lifecycle, designing and developing services using Python, Kubernetes/AWS, and connecting to MongoDB/PostgreSQL, as well as creating RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will also contribute original product ideas and collaborate with passionate engineering teams in Berlin and Krakow.
