Description
Startale Group is hiring a backend engineer to own the architecture, implementation, and operation of Startale App’s scalable backend in the Web3 and on-chain finance domain. The role covers customer-facing APIs, distributed systems, data pipelines, event-driven processing, PostgreSQL, blockchain indexing, production operations, observability, and integration with wallets and DeFi protocols. Candidates need at least 3 years of professional experience, advanced English, and at least three listed technical qualifications. The position is based in Japan or Singapore, with hybrid work recommended and full remote possible under certain conditions, and offers annual compensation of JPY 13 million or more including bonuses plus stock options.
