Description
The company is hiring a Backend Engineer (Mid–Senior) to build and evolve real-time voice-call services, including call orchestration, FreeSWITCH-based call control, event-driven architectures, rate limiting, blacklists, voice synthesis, LLM integrations, and automated testing. The role requires 3–6+ years of production backend experience, proficiency in Go, Python asyncio, or PHP/Laravel, strong concurrency and distributed-systems knowledge, SQL and MySQL expertise, and functional technical English. It is a 100% remote position across Latin America with competitive USD compensation.
