Description

MDOTM is hiring a full-time Java Software Engineer to develop and optimize scalable Spring Boot backend applications. The role involves writing clean, modular, testable Java code; designing features using relational and NoSQL databases; applying software architecture patterns; improving backend performance and security; and collaborating with DevOps teams on CI/CD automation. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience with Java and Spring Boot, including microservices and REST APIs
Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with software architecture patterns, including layered architecture, domain-driven design, and event-driven design
Experience with test-driven development and testing best practices using JUnit, Mockito, and Testcontainers
Experience with messaging systems, including ActiveMQ and Kafka
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with modern API communication, including gRPC, GraphQL, and REST
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
Experience with AWS, especially EC2 and S3
