Staffbase is hiring a Backend Engineer for its Autopilot team to develop and improve RESTful web services, integrate large language models, and contribute to web-based clients. The role involves cross-functional Scrum collaboration, code reviews, architectural advisory, testing, CI/CD, and ownership of feature quality. Candidates should have backend experience with Go, Java/Kotlin, and relational or NoSQL databases, along with knowledge of REST, microservices, testing, and preferably Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Prometheus, or Grafana.
