The role covers SMTP delivery, MTA systems, routing, retries, backoff, throttling, shared and dedicated IP pools, warmup, reputation-aware routing, bounce and delivery classification, debugging tools, abuse controls, incident response, and on-call support. It is fully remote for candidates in Americas or European time zones, with occasional travel for off-sites and events, and offers $150,000–$170,000 USD in compensation.
