Description
Kela is hiring a backend engineer to own and evolve the real-time command-and-control systems for its base-protection defense technology. The role involves building automated sensor and drone-control pipelines, integrating radar, camera, drone, and counter-drone hardware, hardening systems for unattended on-prem, edge, and cloud operation, and resolving problems from field reports through root cause and deployment. Candidates need at least five years of production backend experience in Rust, Python, C++, Go, or a similar language, along with strong ownership, independent and collaborative work, and the ability to work in a high-paced innovation environment.
