Description
Conduct is hiring a Backend Infrastructure Engineer to design and maintain scalable backend systems supporting enterprise LLM workloads. The role owns architecture, developer experience, production systems, APIs, infrastructure, data flows, distributed systems, database scaling, queueing, batch processing, observability, job orchestration, authentication, and LLM infrastructure reliability. The engineer will work with React, Vite, TanStack, Kotlin, Temporal, PortKey, and a specialized LLM harness, with broad ownership across the platform that accelerates product teams.
