Description
Coupang Eats Services is hiring a Backend Engineering Manager to lead the Merchant Engineering team’s backend systems for merchant onboarding, menu and pricing management, order processing, settlements, and sales analytics. The role owns the full software development lifecycle, high-availability architecture, engineering quality, incident management, on-call operations, project and resource management, and the recruitment and development of backend engineers. It requires at least 8 years of backend development experience, proven leadership as a Backend Engineering Manager or Tech Lead, distributed-systems expertise, and strong English communication skills.
