Description
Dragos is hiring a remote Backend Software Engineering Manager to lead and sustain the backend engineering team responsible for the Dragos Platform. The role focuses on microservice architectures, data processing pipelines, streaming data ingestion and detection, baseline learning, asset reconciliation, core platform APIs, and coordination across sensor and analytic deployments. Responsibilities include team leadership, mentorship, technical guidance, collaboration with engineering and product leaders, and support for production deployments. The position requires at least seven years of experience leading technical teams and five years developing or leading teams building software applications with microservice architectures, along with strong backend systems, distributed systems, and production development experience.
