Citi Solutions Center Poland is hiring a full-time Software Engineer to develop and enhance its proprietary Margin Calculations and Reporting Platform. The role involves designing scalable financial applications, solving complex technical and business problems, guiding software development through testing and implementation, supporting users, and managing technical and regulatory risks. Candidates need 4–6 years of systems analysis and programming experience, strong Java and Spring expertise, microservices and distributed-systems knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The position offers a hybrid model with up to two days at home per week and a base salary of 189,660.00–322,940.00 PLN.
