The Backend Java Developer will design Java services and business logic, solve technical and performance challenges, own interface and subsystem architecture, and collaborate with customers on projects for Germany’s leading financial institutions. The role also involves coaching employees, leading development teams, and expanding the technology offering. Candidates need at least one year of backend development experience, strong Java and Spring Boot knowledge, a relevant degree, and very good German and good English skills. The position is based in the Frankfurt area, offers 50% remote work, and provides a permanent employment contract.
