Description
BlackRock is hiring a Backend Engineer for its Post Trade Accounting engineering area. The role designs and develops enterprise-scale Java and Spring Boot systems, including microservices, event-driven data processing, Snowflake and SQL Server integrations, Redis caching, and real-time streaming platforms. The engineer will participate in architecture and code reviews, contribute to data pipelines and lightweight UI updates, and champion clean architecture, testing, automation, and performance tuning. The position is based in New York, requires at least four years of Java experience, and offers a hybrid work model with at least four office days per week.
