Pave is hiring a backend platform engineer to own foundational services such as user authentication and authorization, along with data infrastructure, data pipelines, ETLs, data modeling, and ML/AI platform capabilities. The role requires at least five years of backend engineering experience, strong product intuition, experience leading large technical projects, and familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, MySQL, Prisma, React, and GCP. The targeted cash compensation is $195,500 to $264,500, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
