Description
Renesas is seeking a Quality Control Engineer for its Yonezawa Factory, which handles backend packaging for automotive semiconductors. The role manages customer complaint products and failure analysis, in-process defects and quality control, incoming material inspections, calibration, audits including IATF16949, ISO45001, ISO14001, and VDA, and cleanroom management. It requires at least two years of semiconductor backend assembly or packaging experience, reliability test knowledge, process improvement or quality control experience, a technical degree, and report preparation skills. The position uses a hybrid model with remote work two days per week and in-office days Tuesday through Thursday.
