Backend QA Tech Lead responsible for coordinating quality assurance across multiple business units in a web microservices environment. The role focuses on establishing automated testing standards, driving adoption of test frameworks and strategies, coordinating testing infrastructure, synthesizing results into reports and dashboards, and mentoring teams to promote organization-wide quality best practices. The position requires at least 5 years of QA or software testing experience, strong knowledge of agile/SDLC, and proficiency in a programming language such as TypeScript or Python.
