Description
SimSpace is hiring a Backend Senior Software Engineer, AUE, to design, develop, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant microservices for cybersecurity range simulation. The role leads end-to-end technical projects, mentors engineers, conducts code reviews, implements monitoring and alerting, and ensures security and compliance. It requires strong English and Spanish proficiency, at least five years of distributed-systems software development experience, expertise in an object-oriented language such as Java or Kotlin, and experience with testing and Kubernetes or similar container orchestration. The position offers a base monthly pay range of 1,500,000 to 2,500,000 CRC, annual bonuses, medical, dental, vision, and life benefits, and other wellness and equity opportunities.
