etalytics is hiring a Backend Software Developer to own and improve backend services and REST APIs for its etaONE® energy-management platform. The role involves developing with Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot, collaborating with product and engineering stakeholders, ensuring software quality through testing and code reviews, improving scalability and performance, debugging complex issues, and supporting less experienced colleagues. The position requires at least two years of backend development experience, knowledge of Java or Kotlin and Spring or Spring Boot, REST API experience, and familiarity with relational databases, Git, and clean-code practices. The role offers a hybrid model with three office days and two remote days per week.
