DMG MORI is hiring a backend software developer to maintain and extend an in-house application running in a Docker container and on Windows. The role focuses on C#/.NET backend components for parameterization, configuration, and diagnostics of IO-Link-capable field devices in PROFINET-based automation systems, including architecture analysis, troubleshooting, refactoring, API integration, and technical documentation. The position requires a relevant technical degree, industrial or system-near backend experience, IO-Link and industrial communication knowledge, strong German and English skills, and collaboration with automation, development, and commissioning teams.
