Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia is hiring a Backend Developer/Engineer to build, scale, and stabilize backend services for the Charisma solution. The role focuses on Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, data modeling, performance optimization, automated testing, observability, and CI/CD. It is a hands-on engineering position in an agile delivery environment, with remote work available only within Slovakia.

Required Previous Experiences: Hands-on experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework
Experience developing and maintaining microservices and REST APIs
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization
Experience with Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Spring Security, Spring Web, and Spring Validation
Experience with Maven or Gradle for build and dependency management
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools
