The role involves developing and maintaining event-driven backend components for Synapsis AI's pipelines, authoring study-specific Python code for clinical logic encoding, optimizing data models, implementing workflows, contributing to the algorithmic reasoning engine, troubleshooting production deployments, and documenting system designs. Candidates should have strong proficiency in Python, experience with event-driven/architectures, ETL/data transformation, familiarity with SQL and NoSQL data stores, and experience with containerization and CI/CD.
