Sinch is hiring a backend development professional to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, distributed backend services. The role focuses on JVM/Java technologies, Spring, Reactor, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, MySQL, gRPC/Protobuf, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tooling. The candidate will build and debug high-scale microservices and event-driven architectures, ensure reliability, security, fault tolerance, and code quality, and collaborate with software engineers, UX designers, and product managers while sharing knowledge with the team.
