Description
Nitra is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to build and maintain backend services and APIs for its fintech and healthcare software products. The role involves writing scalable JavaScript, collaborating with senior engineers on architecture and relational databases, participating in code reviews, translating product requirements into technical solutions, and owning tasks end to end. Candidates need at least three years of software engineering experience, a degree from a top engineering university, English and Mandarin fluency, JavaScript proficiency, and foundational knowledge of relational databases and system design. The position requires on-site work four days per week in Taipei and availability for nightly calls across time zones.
