Amartha is hiring an experienced backend software engineer to design, develop, operate, and improve highly scalable services that support its technology-driven financial ecosystem in Indonesia. The role focuses on Go-based service development, infrastructure reliability, performance, developer productivity, cross-functional collaboration, and solving financial access problems using modern distributed systems and event-driven architecture. The position is full onsite in Bandung and requires at least 5 years of related experience, with additional exposure to architectures, databases, TDD, refactoring, and tools like Kafka, Kubernetes, Grafana, and Prometheus being advantageous.
