Description
Hostinger is hiring a Backend Engineer to build and scale the backend systems and APIs powering its AI Builder/eCommerce platform. The role owns services, makes architectural decisions, optimizes APIs and databases, integrates third-party APIs, and collaborates with frontend, product, quality, and AI engineering teams. Candidates need at least two years of production experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL or MySQL, along with experience in REST APIs, message queues, containerization, observability, testing, and SQL. The position offers work from modern offices in Kaunas and Vilnius, from home, or from anywhere in the world, with gross compensation of 5,600–7,600 EUR per month.
