The role owns complex, end-to-end initiatives involving high-throughput advertising technology systems, distributed services, databases, streaming pipelines, observability, incident response, performance optimization, testing, and engineering mentorship. It follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and offers a base salary of $180,000 to $200,000 annually, plus potential incentive or bonus compensation.
