RTB House is hiring a backend-focused software engineer for its Poland-based Supply Engineering team. The role owns internal services and components, develops tools for complex analyses, builds scalable backend services and ETL/ELT data pipelines, and performs technical and A/B analyses to improve bidding integrations. The position uses Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Pub/Sub, Git, and AI/agentic developer tools, and is fully remote with flexible collaboration conditions.
