Description
The Backend Team Lead will drive technical execution and engineering excellence for scalable, reliable backend systems in a fast-paced cybersecurity product environment. The role combines hands-on development with Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB; technical leadership across multiple workstreams; sprint planning and cross-team coordination; code quality and architecture oversight; customer-facing technical discussions; and people development. Candidates need at least six years of software development experience, three to five years in a technical leadership or Team Lead role, and must-have expertise in Node.js and AWS.
