Holycode is hiring a full-time Backend Team Lead (Java/Spring Boot) to lead and grow a backend engineering team on the Neon fintech project. The role combines people leadership, mentoring, agile delivery, cross-functional representation, and hands-on Java backend work with technologies including Java 21, Spring Boot 3, REST APIs, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
