Ox Security is hiring a Backend Team Lead to lead technical execution and engineering excellence across multiple workstreams. The role owns sprint planning, cross-team coordination, feature architecture, hands-on cloud development, code reviews, customer-facing technical discussions, and the integration of AI tools into the development lifecycle. Candidates need at least six years of hands-on development experience, including three to five years in leadership, with Node.js and AWS expertise; React is preferred and Python is a plus.
