PointFive is hiring a hands-on leader-engineer to join its core engineering team and serve as a technical anchor. The role involves leading complex technical and AI initiatives, architecting scalable cloud infrastructure and data pipelines, translating product roadmaps into technical systems, establishing engineering standards, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need at least eight years of backend software engineering experience, strong coding fundamentals, production experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and distributed databases, and practical experience with large data volumes, data pipelines, or AI/LLM technologies.
