Webbing is hiring a fully remote backend workflow engineer to build and operate production-grade telecom SIM lifecycle workflows using Temporal or a comparable orchestration engine on Kubernetes. The role covers SIM activation, deactivation with compensation and rollback, plan changes, large-scale PostgreSQL inventory design, workflow versioning, event and network triggers, retries and dead-letter handling, observability, testing, runbooks, and post-launch support. Candidates need 4–6 years of backend development experience, production workflow-engine experience, Go or Java, REST, Kubernetes operations, PostgreSQL at large scale, event-driven architecture, failure-oriented design, telecom BSS/OSS knowledge, and the ability to lead another developer.
