Backstube Wünsche GmbH is hiring a part-time Bäckergeselle (bakery employee) to prepare, present, and sell fresh baked goods, snacks, and drinks while maintaining hygiene and customer service standards. The role requires food-sales or retail experience or vocational training, German B2 proficiency, German residence, and a valid visa and work permit. It is scheduled Monday through Saturday between 5:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., with flexible early and late shifts and Sunday early shifts, for 15–36 hours per week. Pay starts at €15.40 gross per hour, with additional benefits including savings benefits, a staff discount, holiday pay, vacation, bike leasing, and work clothing.
